Litigation

We have scores of jury and bench trials under our belt in state and/or federal jurisdictions, including multiple successful appeals before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and a successful argument before the United States Supreme Court.  Big or small, or somewhere in between, our focus remains on strategy, communication, and reducing disruption to your business. 

Insolvency

A well-executed Chapter 11 reorganization requires planning, mastery of corporate financials, and laser-focused execution.  We were the first firm to file a small business Subchapter V case, and have used our knowledge of the code and business planning to obtain fantastic results for our clients. We also understand that sometimes, the best option is to liquidate and start fresh, and we have used the mechanics of Chapter 7 to obtain positive outcomes for many clients.

Real Estate

Middle Tennessee's real estate market is still booming.  We’re there to paper the deals to avoid litigation on the front end.  We're also there to clean up the mess when the unexpected happens.
